The material we use.
The Leather Crystal Glass Carrier is part of our Safari Leather range. We only work with authentic natural materials. Veg-tanned leather is the best for our purpose as it is the toughest and stiffest leather, which allows us to mould and shape it and it will not lose its shape or form with time. Vegetable tanning uses organic material and natural tannins derived from the bark and leaves of trees. This results in rich, deep colours in natural earthy tones. The fibres and imperfections of the bovine hide used for the leather are visible, giving it unique authenticity and personality.
For the interior divisions, we use only first-grade African mahogany hardwood, carefully finished and lacquered to give a beautiful deep brown grain and colour.
Our design.
Our Leather Crystal Glass Carriers are carefully designed to accommodate either 1 wine glass or 2 tumblers per division, making it very versatile when deciding what combination of glasses you require for an outing. The glasses fit snug and safe in the tough leather and hardwood case.
