We supply furniture and hardwood products to clients throughout Southern Africa and to selected international destinations.
Shipping requirements vary depending on the size of the order, the destination and whether the products can be packed in knock-down form. The majority of our shipping occurs directly from our distribution point in Johannesburg, South Africa.
When you submit an enquiry, our team will discuss the most practical and cost-effective delivery options with you.
For lodges, camps, hotels and other projects within Southern Africa, we can usually arrange delivery using our own transport or a trusted logistics partner.
Clients may also arrange collection from our factory in Victoria Falls or showroom in Johannesburg.
For projects in East Africa and other international destinations, larger orders are generally shipped by container, while smaller or more urgent orders may be sent by air freight to the nearest suitable airport.
International Orders
Selected furniture products are designed to pack in knock-down form, making them suitable for international transport.
Depending on the product, order size and destination, shipping options may include:
International courier delivery for smaller knock-down products
Air freight to your nearest major airport
Consolidated sea freight for medium-sized orders
Full or shared container shipping for larger orders and complete projects
Where possible, we will recommend the shipping method that provides the best balance between cost, delivery time and protection of the furniture.
International orders are carefully packed for transport using packaging appropriate to the product and shipping method.
Depending on the order, this may include protective wrapping, reinforced cartons, timber crates, pallets or container-ready export packaging. Any special packing requirements will be included in your quotation.
Where applicable, we provide commercial invoices, packing lists and Certificates of Origin to support the import-clearance process.
Import duties, taxes, customs charges and local clearance fees are determined by the destination country and are normally payable by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We recommend confirming the applicable import requirements with a local clearing agent before placing your order.
Shipping costs are quoted separately unless delivery is specifically included in the product or project quotation.
To prepare an accurate delivery estimate, we may require:
Your delivery address or nearest airport or seaport
The products and quantities required
Your preferred delivery timeframe
Any site-access or delivery restrictions
International freight quotations may be subject to change until the shipment is booked, as freight rates and fuel surcharges can fluctuate.
For products supplied from available stock, payment in full is required when the order is confirmed.
For made-to-order products, our standard payment terms are:
50% deposit to confirm the order and begin production
50% balance payable once production is complete and before dispatch
Alternative payment terms may apply to larger commercial projects and will be confirmed in the formal quotation.
Send us your product requirements, quantities and destination, and our team will help you assess the most suitable packing and shipping options for your order.
