The Design
The Victoria Falls Bridge Side Server is a wonderfully designed piece that compliments the Victoria Falls Bridge Table. The elegant arched beam connects angled legs to support the suite of drawers below the beautiful Zambezi Teak top. The drawers are spacious and deep.
Material and construction.
The whole piece, including drawer bottoms and backplate, is constructed from solid Zambezi Teak, formerly known as Rhodesian Teak. The drawers are beautifully hand built using our unique sliding dovetail joint for the drawer fronts and stopped, or half blind dovetail joints for the drawer sides. The drawer slides are imported stainless steel roller bearing slides. The drop handles are solid brass, in the tradition of campaign furniture.
The arched connecting stretcher is built on a specially constructed jig by laminating one thin layer of teak onto another over a few days. The special hardwood glue used is thoroughly set before removal from the clamps. This gives a beam of exceptional strength and graceful curve.
Uses of the Bridge Side Server
This unique side server table will add class to your office, dining room or simply as a signature piece of fine furniture to be admired for the beauty of the timber and fine design. It partners very well with our Bridge Table and is often used as an office side board in conjunction with the Baobab Table. We have exported Bridge Side Servers to North and South America and Europe.

Dear Gift
Everything arrived safely yesterday and we are absolutely delighted! Everything is beyond our expectations! We spent 12 hours unpacking and bringing everything into the house, we didn’t realise how heavy teak was! We are so excited for everyone to see such incredible hand-crafted furniture. It’s so difficult to decide which piece is our favourite but the Bridge Side Server probably wins it! It is magnificent and the mirror is perfect with it.
